Filofax? Week 24: Planner Transition

I ordered my very first Midori Traveler’s Notebook, and am anxiously awaiting its arrival.  (From Imperfectly Perfekt on etsy)

I’m slowly backing away from my beloved Filofax because I think this might be a better fit.  I’m going to continue to use it for certain things until the end of the year, but I won’t be buying a new one.  I’m still trying to work out how to fit some lists/sections from my Filofax to my Midori: menus / dinner ideas, monthly calendar, permanent lists like favorite posts…

I’d LOVE to see your planner pages – link up at the bottom!

It’s probably going to look a lot like my Bullet Journal.  I’ve been using *it* faithfully since I started it in December of last year.  It’s currently just in a simple $5 mini notebook from Office Depot or Staples.

New Stuff

I got some lovely inserts from Yellow Paper House including this gem (in white):

grid paper

I can’t wait to get started in my Traveler’s Notebook!!  These are going to be my Day-on-a-Page pages (perhaps two days on a page).  If it doesn’t work out, I’ll simply switch to the blank pages for my dailies.

I used some of the photo booth pictures from my sister’s wedding, felt pens, colored pencil, and a silver pen.
