We had a play date with my friend Kate the other day, and she told me about this pin to make Pizza Bagels. We made some cheese and some pepperoni for us and the kids. Cupcakes and I loved them! They’re also so great because they’re so much healthier than frozen pizzas or those pizza bagels in the box (which, admittedly, I love).
These are great for lunch, or a late night snack with your hubs!
Cheddar Jack Cheese
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Cut bagels in half.
Spread sauce on top.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Add pepperoni. (optional)*
Sprinkle more cheese on top. (optional)
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
* Leave off the pepperoni for a great Friday-in-Lent meal!
