Making Nanas – a Saturday Laugh

Remember last week when I posted this picture?

It was such a cute moment for my daughter and I!  We made banana bread together.  I opened the brown bananas in front of her and she helped mash them up.  Then I let her stir the powder ingredients.  It was so so cute!

A week later, she’s still talking about making “nanas”!  She decided to “help” me unload the dishwasher.  She says, “Helping! Helping!” when she wants to help.  🙂  She found a measuring cup and the same measuring spoon as pictured above and decided to stop helping and start playing.

This is what she did:

She was mixing the little spoon in the cup and when I asked her what she was making she answered, “nanas” but it sounded like “neenas” and so it took me forever to understand what she was saying.  Finally I realized she was remembering helping me make that banana bread last week.  I was amazing and so cuted out!!!  How precious!!!

I love it!
